The location is far from the city center. The road is uphill. But it's spacious inside and there are more than 2 swimming pools. The parking lot is spacious. But unfortunately there are lots of cats roaming around and there are traces of their droppings. CS is not on standby in front of the table. Always hiding in the room. Add breakfast for only 35k but it only has fried rice, fried noodles and green beans with coffee and tea. Don't expect too much variety of food. It's better to just have a room without breakfast.

It is better to offer a room for storage, because it is noisy with the sound of the water machine, the bathroom is dirty, the sink water flows out onto the bathroom floor and it is dangerous for small children to take a bath because the bathroom floor is very slippery.

The location is strategic if you want to travel near Lembang, the staff service is also friendly, only one thing is the hot water is sometimes on and sometimes off, but for the rest it's ok.

On the Traveloka list there is a place to take a hot shower, but they gave me one that doesn't have one, I was a bit disappointed with that.

The atmosphere is calm, unfortunately the culinary area is very far from the hotel.

I'm really fed up staying here, besides the dirty room, what makes Shack Shack shocked is that when they arrived, the room wasn't ready and they even fixed the lights that were off when the guest arrived. Definitely won't be coming back so for sure

1. Bad internet/Wi-Fi connection (no signal Wi-Fi at all) 2. Water heater did not work. 3. Less menu of breakfast

The staff service is quite good. What can be improved are the room facilities, such as curtains that do not close properly, windows that are a bit difficult to close, stairs to the upper floor that are a bit porous, and the road on the upper floor that is very slippery. For breakfast, it would be better to add a variety of side dishes, especially during high season. The rest is quite good in terms of cleanliness and a beautiful environment.

The place is quite close to Lembang town square, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, the air is cool, but it's a bit noisy with the karaoke people.
