A recommended resort in Magelang. Excellent service was experienced from the moment we contacted you via WhatsApp. Responses were quick and explanations were clear. Upon arrival, the service was also excellent, the staff friendly, and the room clean and comfortable. Because this is a resort, the area is quite spacious. Luckily, I got a room on the top floor, so it was a bit far to get to the pool or riverbank. But, no problem, there's a shuttle available to pick you up and drop you off. Next vacation, I'll be back here again.

The facilities are complete, with everything available. The distance between the facilities is a bit far, but you can use the 24/7 shuttle.

All the staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was very comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The food was neatly presented and delicious. The rooms were also neat and clean, well-maintained.

Our stay at Hotel Puri Asri & Resort was a very pleasant one. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were escorted to our riverside room by the very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the resort facilities were complete, making it very family-friendly. The restaurant was well-appointed, the swimming pool excellent, the jogging track, and the many activities available on site were excellent. Overall, we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay at this resort.

This is my first time staying here and it is highly recommended. The hotel is large, I chose a river view room and it turned out to be quite large. There are many facilities for children, there is a large and clean pool, there is a wide variety of food and it is all delicious. The only downside is that the rooms are far apart and you have to use a shuttle, so it is a bit of a hassle if the rooms are not next to each other.

The salt and dry paper refill place was not checked, children were charged an additional breakfast of 50% for 9 years old and full charge for 11 years old, the breakfast was so-so, the AC was cold, the location was good for children to play, swim. The room was not too big, for a family vacation it was okay, the place was quiet, the breakfast food was not served hot or there was no heater, so if breakfast was at 9 o'clock the food was cold.

The service is okay.. The staff are friendly and ready to help.. But the executive room feels no different from the grand deluxe... The most comfortable thing is because the bathroom is very clean, the hotel area is also clean even though this hotel is an old hotel.. The swimming pool is spacious.. There is a children's area too.. There are many game facilities too.. Unfortunately, many are damaged and not suitable for use, especially the hoverboard gokart... The food is okay, although in my opinion it is overpriced.. One more plus point is that now you don't need a deposit when checking in.

The most impressive thing is the hotel's very beautiful atmosphere, just like its name "Puri Asri", everything makes you feel comfortable.
