A hotel that is always the choice when going to Lombok, comfortable, clean, and easy to access.

Because I was tired, I entered the hotel at 11 PM so I didn't take any photos, but this hotel was very impressive, clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Quite satisfied for a location in the city center

The hotel staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Clean rooms, soft beds. Centrally located, close to entertainment and culinary spots. The best place to eat is Ayam Taliwang Pak Udin, located next to the hotel, or walk straight ahead and stop by Mirasa for snacks. The swimming pool is also comfortable. Best hotel in Mataram.

The hotel facilities are quite good, but the variety of food (breakfast) is lacking, I stayed for 4 days and the menu was the same. The room door had no lock that could not be easily opened from inside the room, I brought a small child even though it was locked but once the handle was opened it was immediately opened, so I was worried that my child would get out easily. On the fourth day, breakfast was moved to the swimming pool area where my child wanted to swim but was not allowed on the grounds that breakfast was being served and could be used at 10:30 which was close to check out time, and this was not announced when we checked in.

An older hotel, but still nice. It's worth the price. It's located in the city center, perfect for those who want to be in the city center, not in Senggigi.

Late check in because the room was not ready yet, in parallel we were given 1 room while waiting for the other room to be cleaned until 4 pm, then it was seen that the bed sheet still had blood spots and yellow stains, it seemed like the bed sheet was not replaced, only tidied up, then the towels were delivered late until the evening, with the excuse that the occupancy was full until the laundry was overloaded, very disappointed local residents who often staycation at Lombok Plaza

The AC in my room on the third floor was leaking, dripping water, and ended up injuring my 5-year-old toddler. His leg was torn after falling because the AC water hit the floor. I asked for it to be repaired immediately, but had to call housekeeping and reception several times. Finally, it was repaired because I complained directly to the staff who were cleaning the rooms on each floor.

The location is very strategic and the facilities are good.
