- Fast check in, all staff are very friendly and responsible. - Comfortable and spacious room, but there is no trash can outside the room. There is a living room and family area. - The pool is quite good, facing Menoreh Hill. - The breakfast menu is very extensive and delicious, a la carte (the staff at the restaurant at night and breakfast are also responsive 👍) - Suitable for a vacation, quiet. - The children's area has a junior platform and kids carnival

The staff and also the management are very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They always try to ensure we're happy during our stay. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. One of the WOW factors is: during our dinner, there's our family photo put on our table. The photo [was] taken earlier in the afternoon (yes, we've got a free photo shoot!). For sure, we will come again to this resort. Thank you, all Plataran team 💜.

The best ever villa and resort in Magelang.

Bad experience about the Buttler, I think no need Buttler if the service like that.

Get a better room upgrade and not far from the restaurant and lobby. An interesting experience even though it was only one night, because it was very difficult to get a reservation on the weekend. Will be back with my daughter.

Highly recommended. Personal service is very satisfying, breakfast is delicious and the food is delicious. Staff response is very fast. Overall highly recommended. Next to Yogyakarta, definitely stay again .

In general the hotel 's complex is green, comfy and air is fresh. However, the hotel property seems quite old. There are plenty of lizards (too many until I could not count and many of them with no tails), but the good side is that I only met one mosquito during my 2 nights stay. We were upgraded to Grand Spa Villa, but the facility and and experience were definitely not worth the price.

This resort is perfect for a family vacation. Its location close to Borobudur makes many alternative entertainment for families. The air is still cool and the view of the Menoreh hills further enhances this resort. Plus the friendly & satisfying service from the staff makes you want to return to this resort. This is already our 3rd visit & it's never boring.

message exclusive villa hoping for a modern type of building can be an antique type. It's scary for me, fortunately, my wife likes it. The restaurant's patio is okay, the cuisine is delicious. tasty breakfast, lots of choices. minus for villa number 219 there is a leaky roof over the right cupboard, please repair it. overall satisfied with the service and facilities

It’s our 3rd time staying here and it’s always wonderful. They keep upgrading the resort and make it more beautiful. Staffs are really nice and helpful, special thanks to pak fuad from front office who regularly check on us, offering help and asking how’s our room. Breakfast and afternoon tea always delicious. And in this pandemic situation they agree to send it to our villa. It’s all worthed. We’ll definitely come back.

We got upgraded from Royal Pool Suite to Grand Spa Suite. The villa is spacious with dedicated dining area, spa bungalow and well maintained garden with views overlooking Menoreh Hills. In room dining and breakfast are available upon request. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating, some remembered us by name. Several restaurants to choose from within the Plataran complex which is convenient. Would definitely come back here, thanks to Plataran Borobudur and all the staffs!

Excellent service and Covid-19 protocols in the Resorts!

This is the 3rd time to stay at the Plataran Group, and this is the first time to visit Borobudur, like any other PL, starting from the room, the activities that can be done at the resort, and the service is always excellent.

Good resort, the service was excellent, first time in my life I got massage, welcome drink and snack (cookies) when we checked in. Plataran hotel group is the best hotel in Indonesia with local hospitality.. This hotel is the first choice if they are available in the area we will visit.. 😊👍
