The AC repairman was unfriendly. I asked for the AC to be cooler because the room was still stuffy after 30 minutes. By the way, the hallway and room on the 10th floor were stuffy and humid. The officer arrived with a less than relaxed demeanor, a stocky man. I told him the AC wasn't cold enough. I couldn't even feel it in bed, only if I stood in front of it. And even then, the fan was only strong, and the air in the room didn't feel fresh at all. He then grabbed a trash can, stood on it to reach the AC, and pointed the fan directly at the bed. I complained because pointing a fan directly at our bodies is dangerous. He then set the swing to vertical, but the fan still pointed at the bed. I told him this didn't solve the problem, because the AC still wasn't cooling, and I was in danger because the fan was pointed at the bed. Then he left, acting like he didn't want to get involved with his work, completely like a worker with no work ethic.

It's undeniable that every moment has its own person. This is my second visit to DHTI. It's getting older, and we can see that through the quality of the bed, chair, and wardrobe. Also, yesterday, I had an experience where the toilet flush wouldn't stop, requiring the staff to call. But they made it work. Overall, I'm still satisfied.

The TV is blurry, there is no cable TV, otherwise it is good.

The staff are friendly, no one looks down on me, the security guards are also excellent.

The service was unsatisfactory, as both the app and the staff told us the rooms were sold out. When I asked a different staff member, they were still available on the app and could still book directly. I've been here once, and the receptionist's etiquette is unsatisfactory.

Not all the lights were on, the thermos was watery as if it had just been used, some of the power plugs (charger sockets) were not working, the AC was leaking.
