My second staycation at the Papandayan Hotel was a blast. The staff were friendly, the facilities were complete, the playground was engaging, the pool had warm and clean water, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel was kid-friendly. Thank you.

Excellent service! I requested complimentary towel art and a greeting card. The swimming pool is warm, the hot water in the bathroom is also smooth, the amenities are complete, the central AC is very cold, it's comfortable to stay in the room during this rainy season. The breakfast for a 5-star hotel is not so good, it's a shame, especially when I was surprised to see the sushi filled with sausage, oh no 😵‍💫 but overall it's ok, thank you!

All the staff are friendly, the stay was comfortable, I brought my baby and it was comfortable too, the swimming pool is clean, there are free horse-drawn carriage rides, there is a waterfall inside the hotel, you can feed the fish, there is a playground.

Love the warm swimming pool, clean bedroom, nice bathroom, got the bathtub and shower. Definitely will come back.

All is very good, but if the TV could be upgraded to a larger size and free Netflix, it would be even better.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. However, the breakfast was very disappointing and far below the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Hopefully, the hotel can improve the quality and variety of its breakfast to provide a better overall guest experience.

This Papandayan Hotel is a very nice and clean hotel.

I was very satisfied with my arrival. He told me that riding the horse cart was free. Going to the kids club was free. Swimming was also free. I thought the earliest check-in time would be, but it turned out to be really fast, seriously 🫶🏻 I waited for so long, and suddenly I was allowed to enter via WA. The best 🫶🏻

Super satisfied! The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. Usually, older hotels have dirty bathrooms, but this one wasn't at all!! The edges seemed to be cleaned or replaced frequently. The pool was also clean and nice. The breakfast was actually quite average, but the variety was good!
