Overall, my stay at the Sun Island Hotel Bali was quite comfortable, especially considering the location and the hotel's atmosphere, which was indeed pleasant for relaxing. The pool area was also comfortable to relax in, with the water clean and clear, making it refreshing to swim in. However, there were a few things that I felt needed significant improvement. The air conditioning in the room took a long time to cool down, and even after a while, the room temperature wasn't cool enough, making it quite hot to sleep at night. Furthermore, the pool area was clearly in need of maintenance, as many of the tiles were starting to peel. Nevertheless, the staff service was still good, and the hotel's atmosphere was still comfortable for a short stay in Bali. If the hotel could improve maintenance, especially on the air conditioning and pool facilities, the experience would certainly be much better.

It's a comfortable place to stay, right next to Discovery Mall. The rooms are spacious, but the breakfast rice is a bit hard, even though the food is delicious. The service is friendly.

This is my third stay here, because the price is quite economical and the location is strategic, for the staff is just standard, can't be said to be friendly either, different from other 4-star hotels. What disappointed me was the food, very limited choices, and the stove often runs out, and the taste is not very good. The room AC leaked, the shower water was always not hot enough, hopefully it can be improved next time.

The staff is friendly, ordered 4 connected rooms, got separate ones, complaints between staff did not have the same answer, the location was quiet, the sheets, pillows, towels were not clean, there were stains, it looked like it was old, the building was old, not worthy of 4 stars, many of the pool tiles were loose, dangerous, the worst was the breakfast

The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to restaurants, malls, beaches, and minimarts. I stayed for 2 HR during New Year's Eve. The view while relaxing on the balcony was very nice. Breakfast was ok, I bought skinny pizza at the restaurant, it didn't fit my tongue. The pool had some loose tiles, please pay attention. When the room was cleaned, the floor was still dirty and smelly. The staff were friendly, especially the receptionist and security, 👍👍. Next time we'll come here again.

Always want to stay here when coming to Bali because it is comfortable.

Sun Island Kartika Plaza is always our first choice when we are visiting Bali, especially around Kartika Plaza Kuta area, where you can access every location nearby as it is a center area. Hotel Sun Island is really what we need for our family holidays or visits. Rooms have good space for family, also room daily cleaning is the best, and all the staff are really helpful and friendly. We have been choosing and staying at this hotel since 2015 for our family trips and will definitely always come back.

Need to improve for the morning buffe quality and variety

Room space is adequate. The pillow is very posh. Room amenities were standard. The best about this hotel is its very strategic location. The only thing to improve is its pool areas and facilities.
