The hotel staff is unfriendly, even though I've stayed there many times. None of the staff greets guests. The staff are unresponsive to the environment, for example, there's trash in front of the room that isn't thrown away and left to pile up until the next morning. The room is full of mosquitoes, the bathroom needs a deep cleaning, and the linens and towels need to be replaced because they're worn and stained. Plugs should be added near the bed to make it easier to charge phones. The minibar needs weekly or monthly cleaning to eliminate odors and to check the temperature. There's no security guard on duty.

I stayed at Spazzio for 4 nights, and it was easy to get around. It's easily accessible, right on the main road, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir shops. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and affordable. There was a slight leak above the sink on my last day of check-out... Overall, I had a comfortable stay at Spazzio Hotel Bali.

The hotel's location is excellent and strategic. The rooms are not soundproof, and it's very disturbing to see other guests with noisy children running around late into the night. The bathroom floor is very slippery, so extra care must be taken to avoid falls while showering.
