Value for money and very comfortable hotel

The staff were very helpful. The view and environment of this hotel are nice and look good.

The hotel's location is very strategic because it is close to restaurants and shopping centers (Imago Shopping Mall).

Comfortable hotel room. Clean. Suitable for bringing a baby. The problem is paid parking. Free parking coupon is only given once. If you stay for 2 to 3 days, you have to pay for parking every time you come in and out.

Comfortable room, only the bathroom doesn't lock, suitable for a couple on their honeymoon...

Air conditioner not cold at all. The receptionist not friendly not helpful when complained about the air conditioner. 👎🏻.

It was a nice hotel spacious and clean. However, the drive in to the hotel lobby is a bit circuitous, and does not give a good impression of the hotel. You have to drive around the back, passing the refuse area, etc, before you get to the lobby. Not sure if it was done that way because of fengshui?

Close when dealing with KJRI KK, very worth it. The view is beautiful facing the imago and the best thing is that it is full of glass and lots of pillows too 🤩🤩🤩

We checked in late almost midnight. Our room was OK, but the carpet was dirty and dusty and really need to be steam cleaned (my feet was black just by stepping on the carpet). Fridge was not cold enough, and table was stained with coffee stain. One towel had a big tear in it. Glad that the king bed was comfy enough. Breakfast was so-so with limited choices of food.

The towel given got stain on. Breakfast is with limited option and even the"mee hoon singapore"tasted like"tumeric mee hoon"! Parking only can rebate once and subsequent parking need to be bare by hotel guest itself. Weird.

All good! Just the parking area is difficult.
