Good staff. The hotel seems to be in a former villa. It has the feel of a guest house. There is one magnificent room on the 2nd floor with a large balcony and harbor distance view. I would stay in that room! The staff is great... Budget hotel.

The staff was very helpful in getting me an adjoining room.

The area is also quite convenient to travel. But the rooms are not clean, smelly, poor soundproofing and very noisy. The staff attitude is okay.

When we opened the room, we were so surprised. The room was very nice, and the bed was really soft.

Good atmosphere, quiet, cool air conditioning, sink doesn't drain well, no hair dryer provided, bed is soft and comfortable.

Stay in room 105 which is a Suite but the room is different from the picture. Cleanliness is terrible. Bedsheets and pillows are smelly. Lots of ants and mosquitos, we ended up killing insects in the room. Toilet is even worse, the closet can't stay open so I have to tape the closet lid, there is a live worm in the shower area. Sound proof is terrible, you can hear everything outside, even the TV sound from next room. Ask for a laundry plastic bag, call for 2 times but not coming. Check out at 12.15 and said its too late, charged for RM20. I am not coming back.

The picture same as what they promote, standard size room. The lobby is nice. Only have stairs. They have toilet for special needs people in the first floor too. The bathroom is spacious. The floor a bit slippery inside the room and toilet.

I stayed here for medical treatment. The room is not very airy as it is a classic hotel with wooden floors. But the price is reasonable, and the well-preserved heritage atmosphere is a plus. The location is close to the food court. And of course many interesting coffee shops around the hotel to spend the rest of the day tired.

Clean hotel. Air conditioner works well. 200m to restaurants. Friendly staff.

This hotel is so beautiful, the service so excellent, Miss Sue is so friendly, helpful, Thankyou so much Miss Sue and team for the hospitality, if I have a chance to come back to apenang, I definitely will be back to here.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. The reception lobby always has cool air conditioning and good wifi. From the hotel to attractions and dining is very close and convenient.

Bad facilities, non soundproof, noisy.

Staff are friendly. Simple stay but cleanliness can be improved. Location is ideal within Georgetown, easy to navigate around Penang.

Price was okay, but the room was not clean and dusty. Also, we found a cockroach inside the bathroom. Not sure how the housekeeping cleaned it, even when we checked in, we found a plastic bag (not sure what was inside), which could be someone who stayed before us left it there. It would be better if they can improve on the cleanliness.

We are checking on 5 pm but the reception don't know the room is unclean 😰
