Actually, the hotel is minimalist and nice, check in time is 12, but unfortunately, the sink is dirty and not cleaned, the color of the sheets, the 2nd day the room was not cleaned, the pillows are dirty, please pay more attention

Cleanliness is very poor, the bathroom is quite smelly, maybe because no one has been staying for a long time, but at least it is cleaned/checked before guests check in. The mattress had very obvious stains, apart from that, amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes were not provided. Hopefully in the future it will be better in providing services and other facilities.

Have stayed here 5 times since 2015, the location is close to the food center, Kartika Street and Kuta Beach (800 m), the hotel is comfortable although now there are lots of neighbors' dogs so it makes you afraid to go out, the receptionist's friendliness needs to be improved. We, guests, were given the keys and then just ignored them. The bed sheets were no longer white and had several stains so it made it uncomfortable. Thank you Asoka, hopefully the future will be better 👍.

[Stay less than 2hrs]] yes its near airport that ' s why I choose this hotel. I decide to check out after 2hrs in, room smells like bayclin, sheets are dirty so many weird stains, moldy walls, toilet can't flush (I'm p*ping and its not just ‘ can't’ flush more like the water keeps coming down to the bowl but it flood the bowl so just imagine what happen), everything in this hotel are bad, pools are in bad shape.
