The kids loved the pool; it wasn't crowded, was spacious, and was well-maintained. The rooms were okay, and the price was also affordable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was close to everything in the Legian area and not noisy either.

The check-in process itself was complicated. It took almost an hour. The room was dirty, smelled of urine, the cupboard was broken, and the door was damaged.

In terms of the cheapest price, it is suitable for staying for work for a long period of time 👌

If you’re staying here just for transit, this is recommended because it's cheap. Not recommended for staycation. This hotel is good for travelers with backpacking styles.

The price is cheap, the room is quite good, for that price class, I think it's really cheap. As for the condition of the hotel, it seems like it's not well maintained, even though if it's well maintained, it's a hotel. If the staff is nice and friendly, the women are quite old. But I like hotels with older staff because people that age also need work, so it doesn't have to be young as long as they are professional, why not, right? If you want to check in, try during the day, if it's late afternoon or evening, the staff will have gone home. So, we just have to adjust, because finding a hotel at that price in Kuta that is so close to the beach is difficult, right? The hotel is very close to the beach, it's only a few meters walk to Kuta Beach. I like staying in Kuta because Kuta has an atmosphere that can't be found anywhere else. It's busy, it's also busy at night, the beach is always busy and fun in my opinion. Every morning and evening, you can walk to the beach.

This is my favorite hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Usually, rooms smell a bit damp when we enter, but here it's really fresh. Thank you Aromas, I'm a regular customer, hehehe. Is there a discount? 😄

The room was truly awful. Part of the ceiling was falling down. All the furniture was rotten. The refrigerator was covered in grime and ice. The bathroom wasn't clean; everything was covered in limescale and filthy. When I tried to wash my face, brown water came out of the tap. The wallpaper in the hallway had apparently been ripped down several times. The complex is huge. There's a swimming pool that's not in use and also a café or restaurant, which was closed. I'm not a fussy person because I'm out and about all day on vacation and just need a shower and a bed in the evening, but this definitely tops anything I've ever experienced.

I want to give one star review but unable to do so at app. I book for one week but I gave up after 2 nights. All the room and the hotel area look nothing like the picture. Bed linen is dirty, everything is dirty, taps are rusty, TV is not working bathroom smells like something dead and bedroom is so dusty. I asked to change room but the second room is no difference. I tried to cover my nose to sleep but it was just very uncomfortable.

Pros: The hot water worked well. There was a small bar of soap. There was a hotel-standard toothbrush. The pool was large, but be careful of broken tiles. Cons: Not recommended for those with heavy luggage, as the elevator wasn't working. The bedsheets weren't changed (there were hair and blood stains). The TV didn't work. Bring your own shampoo. Bring your own towels is recommended. We understand that this is a cheap hotel, so we're not demanding. However, please update the property's listing photos; they don't reflect what guests receive. There were no tea or coffee sachets, no glasses in the room, and no mineral water. Thank you.

Due to a flight delay, I was finally able to check in at 11:00 PM. Hopefully, there'll be a contact person next time. I'd recommend going with a friend, as going alone can be a bit creepy in the hallway.

"When the room arrived, someone wanted to open it, making visitors scared, and there were lots of unused items scattered on the 3rd and 2nd floors, the elevator was dead, the last one was like a horror hotel
