The breakfast always changes with no info, once they said will be delivered in the room then they changed to be on the rest on lobby, second day they said will delivered in the room. I order 7 AM until 7 AM no breakfast and have to wait so I canceled the breakfast. The telephone on room not working even I already informed them still no action been taken. The good thing was only the bed really comfortable. I don't think will stay here again. Thank you so much

The location is very strategic, but the cleanliness of the rooms needs attention. The floors weren't mopped properly, the bathroom walls were still dusty, the curtains weren't clean enough, and the pillows and bolsters should be replaced as they were browning. Breakfast could be more varied and taste better.

The location is very strategic, the employees are helpful, and there are bolsters too😍 Cleanliness needs to be improved, during sahur we got uncooked rice, during Eid the menu was very minimal.

The first check-in was quite friendly. When I entered the room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, and the floor looked like it had never been mopped. Even the sink was dirty. Sorry to say, it looked like there was some human waste still stuck in the drain. Called CS and they said they had informed Housekeeping, but housekeeping never came until I checked out. It's a shame that a nice place can be tarnished by unprofessional employees who don't care about their work. And this is the first time I've stayed overnight and couldn't watch TV because there was no TV remote, so I had to press it manually. Thank you.

It was a great stay here. The service and the staff were really nice.

A good option if other Bandung hotels are full

The Deluxe Family Room was comfortable and spacious enough for me, my husband, and our three children. And it turned out there was a large air purifier in the room 👍

The room facilities are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is adequate, but the variety could be increased.

Strategically located near Gedung Sate, in the heart of the city. Parking is convenient, with security guards on duty and free parking. There's a prayer room and restrooms downstairs for visitors. On Sunday mornings, there are many vendors selling goods around the hotel and even the Elderly Park.

The location is near to everywhere, nearby cafe and street food. The staffs are friendly and helpfull. Cleanliness is ok only.

The location is very strategic, but the bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels are all black and stained and no longer suitable for a 3-star hotel. The bathroom is also dirty, and the windows are dusty, and there's a real lack of maintenance. Because I arrived very late at 12:00 a.m. WIB, we checked out very early in the morning.

I stayed in room 118. The air conditioning was very old and not cooling, the bolsters were worn and dirty, as were the towels. It's a shame that the good location isn't supported by adequate room amenities.

Despite the location of the Hotel, i think it could be better with the services, and the room cleanness. The water their provide is VERY DIRTY, the bottle cap is moldy. The bed is quite dirty also, covered with dust. The service is not quite good either, it took about 20 minutes just to dropped the hairdryer to our room. Prolly will go back to this hotel only because of the location, since is very near to the city and surroundings with many coffee shops & restaurants.
