Staying alone till mom can discharge from the hospital. Staff are ok, friendly even though the hotel is not so spacious but ok for a solo traveler

Convenient business trip. Space/facilities: Sufficient basic amenities for guests. Price: Relatively reasonable. Location: Extremely convenient, close to local restaurants, good food, easy transportation.

Cockroaches here and there. That's the only downside. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay in.

Overall this hotel was comfortable to stay AC was cold Room Cleanliness also ok staff was helpful and fast respon just maybe you need to add/concern about changing the water tab become bottle in each room, because some people might be sensitive against the hygiene and also some staff may need attention, i saw some staff were smoking on the floor before entering the room which make the room smells smoke even though it is not a smoking room

friendly and helpful staff, the bathroom quite small and they have multinational plugs which is very useful, the room worth the price if you walk about 700m you will find many shop and restaurant

I had a great time in SO Hotel. My friends complimented me by saying that I made a good choice by selecting this hotel. We had some minor issue after we left the hotel but the owner was so helpful and kind throughout the whole time. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends next time :)

No kettles provided.. Needed to go out to get hot water.. But will give 4 star for the hotel receptionist.. So friendly and helpful.

Awesome stay because the receptionist is very friendly. 2nd I have given a chance to choose my pillow. Once in the room the housekeeper delivered 2 pillows, air conditioner remote control & tv remote control. 3rd I got a chance to choose my shampoo & body shower. So many brand for me to choose. I will recommend my friends to this hotel.

The hotel is nice, the waiters are okay.

I was there for 4 days in the family room. All new employees according to the owner. As a result all employees are very stupid and inexperienced. My room was never cleaned. Though I have ordered from the night and in my room I hang writing. Ac leaked only in love cloth on the floor only. I insist on moving rooms they say full. After I get angry and threaten to move hotels and ask for money back. New they love me new room and it turns out there.

Great. Comfortable. But a little bit noisy. We can hear when people in the other room are talking. And when the people in the other room flush their toilet, we can hear the flowing water sound very loud.
