Comfortable atmosphere, delicious food, kids feel at home even though there is no playground.

Staying on weekdays feels like a private hotel. Friendly service, excellent cleanliness, and a wide variety of food, even though it's served a la carte on weekdays, are very satisfying.

The AC is not cold and the room is damp.

Got a smelly room and the AC wasn't cold, the bathroom smelled damp and smelled like urine, even though I asked for help 3 times the AC wasn't cold and the room was musty.

The room was quite spacious, but stuffy and smelly, with mold growing in many areas, especially the bathroom. The smell was also very bad; perhaps next time, they could add some freshener to make guests more comfortable. The food was delicious and varied.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I checked in, the service was impeccable. The room was spotless, elegantly designed, and offered a breathtaking view. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere—it’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Definitely coming back!

The hotel staff was friendly, but I wasn't comfortable with the traditional heritage room because it didn't have air conditioning or a fan. The location was also in an upstairs corner with a slightly hair-raising atmosphere. My husband and I couldn't sleep all night, and we were a little scared. It was just more or less uncomfortable, and the room wasn't quite right. But the location was okay, the morning atmosphere was also good, and the breakfast was complete and good. Maybe next time I stay there, I'll be more careful when choosing a room.
