Staff is not friendly, room is very dirty

We arrived at almost 3 p.m., but they said the rooms weren't ready yet and we had to wait. After waiting half an hour, two rooms were ready, and the other room had to wait until the afternoon. When we got to the rooms, the toiletries were all empty, and the soap was gone after the first use. The electricity in one room kept tripping, going on and off. The AC in room 1 wasn't cold, so we were probably as hot as a boarding house in a hotel. It would have been better if there was a fan in the boarding house.

It was very bad, dirty, dusty, and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling of the room.

The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel service was fast and friendly when we had any questions or complaints. The hotel is also close to Turtle Bay Beach 🫶🏻😁

There were lots of flies flying around the food, there were also cockroaches passing by, the food variety was just the same.

It could be a good choice for those looking for a hotel in Cilacap. The rooms are so-so, but I'd love the excellent breakfast. The location is also close to everything, especially the train station and Cilacap town square. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable.

It's quite comfortable, but the service and cleanliness of the hotel area need to be improved. When it rains, the area connecting the rooms on the second floor gets muddy, dirty, and quite dangerous. Restaurant staff should always be on standby, and empty food and cutlery should be refilled promptly, as I waited quite a while for them to be filled.

A comfortable place, easy to find food outside and close to town. If you're in Cilacap, stay at the Dafam Hotel.

Cheap hotel, quite affordable, friendly staff, friendly security guards, overall quite clean, but I found cockroaches in the bathroom, the room lighting is inadequate, the room smells a bit, breakfast is okay, there is a prayer room, swimming pool, mini golf, welcome drink.

I booked a hotel room for a visiting pastor, and the next morning the water was completely cut off, preventing him from showering and having to go elsewhere. The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever. As hosts, we were embarrassed and deeply inconvenienced by this incident.
