We are very enjoy in Ohana Hotel.

We booked two rooms. The first room we received had a problem; the toilet was broken. We complained immediately and they responded, but the repair took a long time, about two hours. We arrived late at night and the kids needed a shower. We had to wait until 9 PM to shower, shivering and freezing. There should be regular checks, or before the room is given to the customer, everything should be checked to ensure it's working properly so the customer doesn't have to wait for repairs. The second room was the same; when we entered, the AC was completely dead, making the room stuffy and hot. We called the repairman again until 10:30 PM, so all our rest time was disrupted. If we hadn't already booked three days, we would have chosen to move. Parking is also very limited, only three cars can fit. The staff was nice.
