Hotel staff is unfriendly, unresponsive in responding to shuttle schedules, room cleaning is very late.

The hotel room is okay for a family because we took 2 rooms.

I stayed from March 25th to March 28th. Check-in was at 8:30 PM. When checking in, there was no room/bell boy to help carry the suitcases (1 large, 2 cabin sizes), when I arrived at the room, it turned out the room was quite small for the type I booked. When I was going to take a shower, all the towels looked neat on the rack, but all the towels were not white, but white and dirty even though they had been washed. Please rejuvenate the towels, how come they are still given to guests that look like mops. Breakfast, ordered delicious boiled noodles at the noodle outlet, 10 minutes the order was not ready, when asked, the answer was, be patient, boss. Okay, until breakfast was over, the boiled noodles were gone, and the person manning the stand had moved to the egg outlet (a man, a bit dark, wearing a hat, forgot his name), the bathroom near the swimming pool was dirty like a landfill, the swimming pool water was murky and there was a lot of moss or dirt or whatever down there. Yes, that was my experience.. Thank you.

During my 2-day stay, I got a room that wasn't very clean and needed renovation. The glass in the bathroom was broken. If I wanted to move rooms at other hotels, my suitcases, etc., were always moved immediately. Even though I had already asked the receptionist to move my suitcases too. When I came back from sightseeing and wanted to check in again, my suitcases were left in the lobby and I was told to bring them to my room.

The location is easy to reach and the food suits the Indonesian palate.

The room is clean and the breakfast variety is awesome. Spent 2 days here and definitely will be coming here for my next visit to Bali.

I stayed at the residence suite for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was standard, quite small but clean. Room service was quite efficient and quiet. I really appreciate Ms. Ayu Lusi, the FO, who was efficient and attentive in taking care of my mother's jacket that she left behind. I've been interested in trying Harris Sunset Road for a while. It feels cool and serene. What didn't live up to expectations was the small space and the lack of amenities. There's a bar, but no bar stools. There's a sofa, but no small table. Most importantly, the sofa smells really bothersome. It's like body odor that hasn't been cleaned in years.
