best to bathe in a pool, a large pool. clean room, new aircond

The hotel is old, the stuff in the room is old, the TV doesn't work, there is no broadcast, there is no early check-in policy, as long as it's not a busy day, many people check in, but you still have to come in at 3.. not friendly staff.

Nice resort. Some of the lamp infront of room not function.

The location is nice. But the hotel is old. The room smells and the sofa is dirty (a lot of cigarete hole). It was okay for 1 night but I will not come back.

everything is ok except the TV is not broadcasting. Please put an antenna or change the TV to one that can access the internet so that the children can watch the broadcast of the story.

Everything was excellent, except fishing activity. Everytime I'm here I like to fishing but its not fun anymore. The lake was lousy with villagers & fisherman day & night. No privacy at all. I think the management should see this problem to avoid privacy & security problem. Thanks.

Best short vacation; Thank you Traveloka for the great hotel price; We love the swimming pool so much; Our room opposite the swimming pool. Sure will repeat; Spacious room except perhaps the management should improve on the toilet maintenance so that the water will flow smoothly. The food was great and alhamdulillah ….

Kolam yang luas dan cantik serta air yang bersih, bilik pun luas, cuma ada beberapa item yang tak best iaitu bilik air sumbat dan towel yang dibekalkan buruk, lusuh dan koyak, yang lain ok. Layanan alhamdulillah bagus.

Bath room tub dirty, patio lamp not OK, breakfast are very-very bad.

Not value for money at all. I paid from MYR400 + to MYR500 + for each room. There 's 3 rooms in total. I requested for connecting rooms, but not available. I understand because that 's a peak season. The bell man was good. He helped and assisted my family from the entrance of the resort till the room. Thanks, sir! Once I entered the room, the dust on the mirror is clearly shown. The TV didn't work properly including the remote control. I think because of the battery, but the button on the TV also didn't work. The overall cleanliness was quiet upset even the bathroom. The housekeeper didn't clean very well. The resort even didn't provide hand towel and bath mat. We unable to dry our feet after went out of the toilet. The air conditioner also didn't work properly. I asked the maintenance to check, but the update was disappointed. Not to mention about the available foods, cutlery etc. During breakfast. The public wash rooms also didn't friendly to disabilities. The guest shouldn't experience this kind of hospitality especially by spending that much price for each room. As a hotelier, I was upset to experience this while spending precious time with my family. Repeat? Absolutely not in the future.
