This is my third stay here. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, early check-in is possible, and the location is strategically located next to the mall. The intercity bus passes right in front of the mall (hotel). I'll definitely stay at Hotel Pop again when I go to Bandung. Thank you.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was decent for the price. However, the toilet's cleanliness, especially the towels provided, needed more attention. They had numerous stains and marks, making me question their cleanliness. Furthermore, soundproofing was also an issue; people talking outside could be heard very clearly.

It's great to be able to go straight to the mall and play in the mall directly, it's really worth it!!! The room is very comfortable, not noisy, the room is very clean, the service is friendly, good, the AC is cool, the view faces the scenery.
