I booked a hotel room through an app with breakfast and dinner. Upon check-in, the staff didn't provide breakfast or dinner. I stayed for three nights, and the noise from the neighboring rooms was very loud at night.

A very strategic location in the heart of Makassar. The rooms are very nice, but the soundproofing needs to be improved. The rental price is affordable and the access to the city center is easy.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable, with elegant decoration. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city center. I was impressed with the hotel's efficient check-in/check-out process. They allowed us to check in early, around 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.
