This is my second stay here.
Amaris, although only a 2-star hotel, is under the Santika Group.
It was a bit odd when I asked for tissues because the FO provided very few in the room, but they asked me if they had run out. If they hadn't, why would I ask?
Besides, they were very stingy with the ones in the room.
Not long after, Ms. Ifa, the duty supervisor, came to my room to apologize and offer a compliment, as I happen to be a Santika member, as I always stay at the Santika Group.
Hopefully, your slogan: hospitality from the heart isn't just a slogan, Amaris Senen.
Hopefully, Santika Group management will take note and improve this.
