I stayed at this hotel which was recommended by a friend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Near to the Legian Food Court and convenient shops with plenty of food choices. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and accessibility.

The bedroom & bathroom are clean, the hot water also works well. The staff service is friendly, the wifi also works well. Hopefully next time, I can stay again at this hotel.

Hotel with unique design and strategic location. Close to Kuta beach, food court and shopping area. The staff is responsive and friendly. From the security guard who helped arrange parking, to the receptionist who greeted us with a smile. Helpful and informative when helping with the check-in process. The room was clean, only the AC leaked and the elevator error. The AC leak was immediately assisted by HK officers. Our elevator was directed to move to the elevator at the back. We felt comfortable with the service of all staff during our stay at Bliss Surfer Hotel.

Front Office Team, Security are very friendly. Incidentally got a room upgrade too. Overall very good!

With the price and room facilities, it's okay, but the breakfast menu is really beyond expectations, just eating is enough to fill your stomach 🙏

The place is not far from Kute, & it's a cozy place for kids.

Check in at midnight was still okay, because there was an event beforehand. 1 receptionist was on standby. Parking is safe even though the security is not visible. Overall, it is still a recommendation to stay if you are in Kuta or Legian.

Recommended place to stay around Legian. Always stay here every time I go to Kuta. The kids love the pool and the atmosphere. Close to everywhere, even if you want to go to the city center. There was a movie night event during Christmas. Unfortunately, the sand was replaced with synthetic grass.

An impressive and comfortable stay experience

The balcony floods when it rains, the lift often breaks down so climbing the stairs makes you tired and carrying a lot of luggage.

Close to Kuta beach, close to beachwalk, all can be reached on foot.

Very good service, friendly staff. Clean room. Strategic location. Only because yesterday was during the holiday season, the road access around the hotel in the afternoon was very congested.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel for family vacation. Everything is okay except some equipment in the room is not working properly. The balcony area light is off, the water pipe is leaking and the water heater is not working. Hopefully it can be an attention for improvement.
