Quick check in and out process. Bed was alittle too high for me. Need a hop to get on the bed and my height is 165cm. The toilet was fascinating and weird. A single slidding door and the toilet and shower are side by side. If your friend is showering and you need to use the toilet. Only 1 will have the door. There was a gap between the divider of the toilet and shower that is visible any guest in the room. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Honestly, we were disappointed because we booked a room for 5 people, but it actually only accommodated 4 people and no extra bed. The room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if I booked too cheaply. The restaurant upstairs had a nice view, although the food selection was limited and the service was slow.

It is quite strategic for going to Sentosa Island and if you need anything you can go to Vivo Mall.

The room was nice and conveniently located near Universal Studios and the mall, making it easy to find food within walking distance. The only downside was that we had to request a room cleaning.

The hotel is good, but we had a room for 3 people and the toilet was narrow...wanted to take a shower but the towels were outside so it was a bit uncomfortable, if you are with your parents it is a bit complicated because you have to open the bathroom to get towels...but the room has a bidet which is the most important thing, overall it is okay

The staff was friendly. The location is very strategic. Close to Vivo City.

the hotel is quite good. Very close to harborfront for tourists coming from batam. Only 8 minutes walk. Very close to vivo city and from sentosa island. the hotel is comfortable because we asked for a connecting room because we were on holiday with the kids. but they don't have connecting rooms. replaced with a room facing each other but given a special door for our room so it's more private, so there's room for luggage without making our room full of luggage. only the policy in singapore is that the room is not cleaned every day. different from indonesia. and amenities must be requested if they run out. we stayed 4 nights and it was quite pleasant. Drinking water can be drunk directly from the tap. so no need to buy drinking water anymore.

Friendly staff, very strategic location, and you can deposit your luggage before check in or after check out easily. But the door is not soundproof. Some of the guests keep opening and closing the door loudly (they played with the door), it really disturbing.

The location is not very good for finding food, so you have to prepare food if you are hungry.

Location is near to Vivo City, so it's close to Universal Studios Singapore. Room quite tidy and clean. Staff okay, helpful. Meals are average.

Great location. Minutes away from public transport facilities (MRT, bus). Room is clean and has modern vibes. Will stay here again for sure.

Everything was good and the staff gave me a complimentary. Unfortunately, the bed is too high for kids.

Very easy from Hanberfront. Exit D, turn left straight. 5 minutes. Comfortable. Clean. Quiet.
