The hotel staff are friendly, a small note for the cleaning staff, just knock once to make an appointment, hehee, because it was our first time in Bengkulu, so we were confused about choosing a tourist destination.

What I love most about this hotel is the restaurant. Wow, the breakfast menu is extensive and everything is delicious, so I don't know what to eat first, he he he. Good luck and I recommend it.

If it's Santika, there's no need to ask anymore, every week the family staycations here. The staff are very friendly, especially the ladies who wear hijab at the reception. The food is very delicious and has a lot of variety. The rooms are definitely comfortable. And what I like most here is that the hotel is not as messy as other hotels. Because in other hotels, we were accused of writing on the table and charged while co-op even though we didn't even hold a pencil.
