I had a great night staying at Tusita Hotel! Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay, especially because the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The room was spacious, the hot water worked perfectly, and the food we ordered was delivered straight to our room and tasted good. All the staff were also very polite, friendly, and humble, which made our stay even more pleasant. The only things that I think need more attention are the air conditioner and the cleanliness of the linens. We stayed in room 303, and unfortunately, the AC didn’t work very well, so the room wasn’t as cool as expected. Hopefully, the AC can be checked and maintained better. Also, please pay more attention to the towels, bedsheets, and pillowcases. I understand that hotels usually wash linens in large quantities, but there were still some noticeable stains on the towels. The room itself was clean, so I think this is something that can easily be improved. If there are stains that cannot be removed after washing, please don’t provide those linens to guests and replace them with clean, stain-free ones. Other than those things, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the service. Hopefully, these small details can be improved because overall, Tusita Hotel was a comfortable place to stay.

The hotel was satisfactory. I attempted to have dinner at the restaurant, and the food was of standard quality, which was good. My stay here was comfortable, and the location was conveniently close to tourist attractions. Another positive aspect was its proximity to Alfamart and other minimarkets. The car park, however, only accommodates three or four vehicles. Despite this, I would consider returning here if the opportunity arises.

Great location near the airport as well as Kuta Beach. The pool is great if you want to enjoy it. The hotel is in a low-lying area and hence was flooded outside when I arrived, and hence the lift was also not working. As for the rooms, they have poor soundproofing, and I could hear the room next door. Also, the bedsheets and towels were really dirty.

All the staff were very friendly and very nice to all customers. I really enjoyed the Tosita Batique Hotel.
