The room and the price, for me, is quite good. But, the management I think should be more organized. I have reserved one family room one month before the date to check-in, but I am quite shocked when I call the receptionist on 26th November (on the date I checked-in), she said that there is no more family room and asked us to find another hotel and refund our payment with agent. She also said that there are many problems with online booking. I am really upset and asked them to take responsibility. Then, they discussed with their management officer, called me back and agreed to give us two single rooms. Even though we got the room for the night, but, personally I did not satisfied with the management. I and my family have to sleep separately. Agent and the Hotel should solve this problem. This is my first experience facing this situation and I will think twice forthe future to make online booking with agent at Hotel New Wave
