Since I was attending a 3-day, 2-night seminar, I was recommended to stay at this hotel. It's close, just a 5-minute walk. According to the reviews, while it didn't look promising from the outside, it actually had a swimming pool, a lobby area for reading and watching movies, a dining room, and, of course, a spacious bedroom.
The only thing that wasn't quite right was the blanket/bed cover, and the faucet made a noise even though it wasn't in use. Otherwise, the hotel staff were very responsive. I was in a hurry to get to the train station, so I forgot two jackets, and the staff informed me via WhatsApp, so I was able to retrieve them.
There aren't many food options around the hotel, but nearby are street vendors selling Coto Makasar (lunch) and Nasi Goreng Kambing (dinner) which are quite tasty.
