Unexpectedly different from the picture, very dirty room with a lot of dust, no help available for the luggage. Water always came out from the shower into the room.

Stayed 3 nights here. Friendly staff, delicious food, clean rooms, good access close to everywhere, quiet for a night's rest, great experience. Maybe you just need to provide hotel slippers and shampoo, overall nice.

Very very unfriendly to the receptionist, very disappointing. Every time there are guests/playmates, they are asked for an ID card. Highly not recommended.

Everything is ok for that price, only the electric power is a bit wrong when the room key is inserted. So you have to try again and again. But so far is good.

Menginap di Bali Chaya 2 malam. Sepertinya saat itu tamunya cuma saya dan suami, kami baru sampe jam hotel jam 11 malam, dan satpamnya sudah ready nungguin kami check in dan bantuin bawa barang. Kamarnya bersih, nyaman. Hotelnya juga nyaman, bersih dan tenang. Dapat kamar yang pool access, kolam renangnya juga bersih. Kamar dibersihkan tiap hari, handuk dan keset juga digantiin tiap hari. Kamar mandi bersih, air lancar, toiletries juga ada kcuali hair dryer.

A very comfortable inn to rest. Its location which is a bit hidden really makes it comfortable. And the hotel staff is also very friendly. For this budget, it's amazing. Thank you, recommend if you go to Bali again.

Everything is really ok, service is also ok. You can check in early and check out late too. The important thing is good communication.

The hotel is good, clean, only the position is at the very end, it is recommended to rent a motorbike or car because at night the entrance is very dark. Like a lot of wild guguk, luckily the guguk in Bali is not fierce.

Good place to stay. It has affordable price, clean and comfortable. The location kind of down the alley, so inform your driver about it, the perks is it's quiet. Perfect for Introvert such as myself 😆
