The pool area looks great, the room was dirty and moldy, underneath the bed was very dirty and had tissues and papers, the sheets were dirty. A plate was left in front of my door until I asked them to remove it.

The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was very slippery and the bathtub was dirty. The hallway leading to the room was dirty, full of trash and people hanging out smoking outside.

Okay, the staff is friendly, responsive, got the promo price right away, basically it's really great for a staycation with your partner/family.

Across from the hotel, there seems to be a discotheque, but it's not a problem because the sound is not audible. The parking lot is narrow, but no worries, there is valet parking. I happened to get the room at the end, it was a bit scary because the hallway was a bit dark, but the view was directly to the swimming pool, which was okay. Then during breakfast, my husband didn't eat with me so he asked for a box to be brought to the room, and he was able to. There are also many food choices, as far as I can see on the menu there is no pork or lard. The staff are also solution-oriented in my opinion, they are friendly too.

Dear Rofa Hotel, actually I was very comfortable staying at Rofa Hotel, I was on a solo trip and my vacation duration was quite long, I like to move around places to stay just to find comfort in each area in one trip, Rofa Hotel was my second place to stay, when I first entered the hotel I was immediately greeted by the lobby and swimming pool, waiting for check-in time at 2 pm I left the hotel after making a reservation, it was close to everywhere and a main road with lots of restaurants, and I returned to the hotel 30 minutes before checking in, I had coffee in the swimming pool area, the pool water was cloudy, the seats were dirty, the trash can was full of trash, the cigarette ashtray made me nauseous (sorry) and I went into the toilet downstairs, it was clean and fragrant, and when I sat at the table in the waiting room it was very dirty, even though it was still noon, I saw that there were quite a few employees at that time, and the check-in time was exactly at 2 o'clock, even though I was not called, and new guests arrived at 2 o'clock directly to the receptionist and got the key after making a reservation even though I and the male guest had been waiting for almost 2 hours, (favoritism). And it was time to take the elevator when I got the card, I entered the room and checked the sink and the water was flowing smoothly, and suddenly the water came out and it turned out to be leaking, the soap dish was dirty in the shower and it seemed like no one had used it so it was just left, I saw that one towel had been washed because I knew from the smell and it was clean, and the other towel was probably a used towel that had been folded and then put away because it smelled a bit different and musty, there was no hair dryer, the hot water was late in coming, I checked the pillowcases and some of them hadn't been replaced because they still had the smell of men's hair oil and there were stains, the rest was good with cold AC and a balcony, because I booked a deluxe room plus breakfast, and I didn't come for breakfast during my stay so I don't know what it was like, there was a mini bar, a hot water pot that had never been used was probably very inadequate, a cold, clean refrigerator, the LCD was ok, hopefully this review can be accepted. Clean rooms, strategic location, fast Wi-Fi, and an elevator. The breakfast menu is comprehensive, plentiful, and delicious.
