When I checked in, the receptionist asked me with an annoying and somewhat offensive expression, "Is this in my boyfriend's name only?" even though I had already provided my ID card as the booking information. Even though I wasn't checking in with a man at the time, the CCTV showed that I was alone in the room the first night, and that the second night my sister, both women, had just arrived. The air conditioning in the room I was staying in also leaked twice, causing water to pool on the floor. The bed I was in had many dirty spots, and even the sheets were full of holes.
