My toilet was flooded with water. Drainage was stuck

No issues with it only room service order for a plate of buffalo ribs that was rubbery gamey till i couldn't chew it up that was a failure by the kitchen chef. Front desk was superb and beautiful Ayu was mesmerising and gorgeous throughout.

Room is Ok but need to repair basin because clog evertime using..Overall service is Ok and recommend to my friend.

Hotel is connected to Pekan Baru Mall. Staff are friendly and attentive.

The bed and towels are stained and the hotel itself is not really well maintained, lucky I brought my own towel, also, the toilet constantly has this urine smell, the tap water is brownish as well and it usually clogs up.

Nice lobby but poor condition at the rooms. Need to upkeep the toilet.

The hotel was very comfortable if a little dated. Staff were friendly enough. Convenient that it has direct access to the large mall next door.

Stayed three nights for business. Fine clean rooms and excellent wifi connection. A somehow pricey restaurant.

Good location. Side by side with a shopping centre. Plenty oh shops nearby too.

It a nice pleasant stay, clean room.

Comfortable for what we needed. Not a lot of time was spent there. Found it difficult to handle the smokers in the eating areas as this no longer happens in our country. The choices at the buffet breakfast were outstanding.

All in all good.good restaurant and swim pool.within a mall.

Small room for superior, the wastafel is lower than another hotel, small shower room. Difficult to find car park and sometimes you use mall park. When check out the hotel claim outgoing telephone from my room that i never do it so i refuse to pay. I'll never stay at this hotel again.

Stayed 2 nights. Pleasant Stay with friendly staff. Value for money.
