The staff were all friendly, from the check-in process, assisted by Ms. Duwi, to the restaurant staff. Security was immediately available upon arrival. Overall, everything was fine; the room was clean, and all amenities worked. There were hot, cold, and neutral water dispensers, so there were no hassles.

A two-night stay at the Cube Hotel during the holiday season was definitely worth it. The room was quite spacious with a spacious bathroom, and the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was close to the Prawirotaman area, a popular tourist destination besides Malioboro. I purposely didn't order breakfast because I wanted to explore nearby popular breakfast spots like Soto Pak Parno.

Stayed 3 nights in a superior connecting room. Price was around Rp 420,000 during school holidays. It might have been cheaper if it weren't for the holidays. Pluses: Clean room, thick, soft mattress, cool Gree AC, bright lighting, mini fridge, safe deposit box, water heater, and toiletries. Super-fast 100Mbps Wi-Fi. The router is in the room. There's a hot and cold water dispenser outside each floor. The breakfast menu is varied, with salad and fruit. The receptionist was friendly and responsive. The elevator is quite wide. The hotel is located close to the mosque and Jalan Prawirotaman. There are many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Minuses: Rooms are not soundproofed, there's a lot of motorcycle/car noise from the busy street in front, and the open-concept alleys on each floor. Food tastes 7.5/10. The shower's hot water isn't strong enough. The security guard outside isn't proactive when cars enter the parking lot. Conclusion: Worth it for families

Friendly staff, clean rooms, varied breakfast, and a mineral water dispenser. Luckily, I got a room at the back (207), so it wasn't noisy. Some friends asked to switch rooms because they were so noisy near the street.

My overnight stay at The Cube was pleasant, although a bit dated, but if it's well maintained, it will be more enjoyable for guests. Just a suggestion, the room is clean, but the sheets and pillows need to be replaced. And the bathroom shower needs to be fixed because the water flow is small. Thank you🙏🏻

A comfortable place to stay while on holiday in Jogja

The rooms are clean, and the food is delicious. I'd suggest repainting the walls in the hallway, as they're looking dull. The location is convenient to everything.

It was so much fun staying at this hotel, the location is strategic (located on the main road, no need to enter an alley) and also close to Jalan Prawirotaman, etc. The staff are very friendly, the service is really top, got a free room upgrade, the breakfast is varied every day, plus there is a swimming pool that also makes the kids feel at home, then we tried the menu at the restaurant (7th floor), the menu is plentiful and delicious, plus the place is also very spacious, basically you will not regret staying here, will be a regular every time you go to Jogja!!!

The hotel is family-friendly, but it's not soundproof, so you can still hear horns, people running, and the elevator, which is a bit annoying. But the most impressive thing is the spacious bathroom.

For a 3-star hotel, the TV isn't a smart TV. Also, the blankets are dirty, especially the water kettle holder. Was the electric kettle washed? Because when it arrived, the water kettle was covered in condensation, as if it had just been washed and hadn't been wiped clean. The door was also broken, closing it had to be really tight, disturbing other guests. The AC was cool, the staff was friendly, and the swimming pool facilities were nice. The only problem was that the shower stall didn't have a lock. There's a lot that needs to be fixed.
