Some parts of the hotel appear to still be under renovation. The rooms are clean and quiet, but a bit cramped, with poor lighting and a weak air conditioning. Access is easy and close to everything in town, but parking is limited. Wi-Fi speed is adequate.

The price is really backpacker. Close to everywhere from the city center. But the room facilities do not match the list of facilities. There is no hairdryer, and no mini fridge. We even had to ask the receptionist first before being given a hairdryer. The water is not hot, the sink faucet is about to come off. There is a lot of dust from the ongoing renovation. It would be better not to open it, rather than being messy, unable to meet customer needs.

Very close to shopping center, clean rooms.

I had requested a double bed well in advance, but when I checked in I got 2 separate beds, and the check-in process was quite slow.

Looking for a budget hotel in the middle of Solo City? This is my experience staying at Hotel Laksana. Atmosphere/Facilities: The hotel atmosphere is beautiful, quiet, calm, even though it is in the middle of a village, with good mattress facilities, comfortable sofas, and good toilet amenities. Food: Didn't try the food. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff are friendly, responsive, responsive, and provide solutions to all guest complaints. Highlights: Spacious rooms, with adequate windows so you can get an epic city view. Price: For the price, it is very worth buying. Location: Central location of Solo City, close to food stalls and coffee shops, suitable for those who are on vacation to Solo just for culinary.

Cheap hotel with excellent service.

The location is very strategic and is in the city center.

Came here because of many good reviews from the neighboring platform. It turns out that not all of them are good, so this hotel is currently under renovation. However, not all rooms are finished. Yesterday, maybe I was unlucky, I got the smallest room, without windows, the room was very damp, the walls were dirty and starting to peel. The bed covers looked stained. It was really sad because the branding was not as shown. It also happened that the floor was being renovated, it turned out it was only covered by a tarpaulin. 🙂 so you could see that there was a new renovation building being built. It was really messy. Didn't have time to see the bathroom. I couldn't take it anymore. So I decided to go out after checking the room and decided not to stay. Hopefully, it can be a consideration for management to rent out a new room.

I like to stay at Laksana which is close to everywhere and the price is pocket-friendly

The refrigerator is not cold at all, the shower is only warm and even then you have to wait a long time to feel warm. The TV is not a smart TV. Parking can be done by valet, but there is no assistance in parking/wanting to pick up the car, so you have to park it yourself, then the car is moved to a far area because the parking area is minimal. The guest has to carry their own belongings all the way across the street, and they are sick :( Also, the room is not soundproof, the next room is a connecting room and the children are screaming from morning to night so it disturbs the comfort of the other rooms. The AC is cold, the room is also clean. Maybe for the price of 700k per night it can be upgraded again

for friendly staff and complaints are handled immediately, I review more about the room at a glance the room is clean and tidy .. but it turns out that less than 1 hour a cockroach appeared from the room curtain .. after that when I wanted to take a shower the toilet was not prepared properly, the soap was not refilled, there was only a little tissue available. the water in the toilet is also on low, there is no hot water ... in high season conditions, more attention should be paid to the needs that must be provided for customers because we have spent money to get those facilities and needs .. 1 more thing, the sugar provided in the room also looks like old stock because it is sticky not dry granules.

Parking arrangements could be re-evaluated. Parking is hard when the hotel and cafe are crowded.

There is a 24-hour coffee shop here. There is also Haagen-Dazs ice cream.

The bathroom door hinges were broken, it was hard to close and in the end I didn't close it, the sink was a bit clogged

ordered 2 deluxe rooms and both were not good. 1 room on the 2nd floor was terrible. It was clear that someone was disturbing because no one cleaned the room. After checking in, went back to look for food. When I got back to the hotel, the room was a mess even though no one was there. Bags fell, bidets fell, pillows moved. Then at night I heard the sound of chairs being dragged from 12 midnight until dawn. I woke up again because the TV that was intentionally turned on in the morning was already off even though there was no TV timer. Another room on the 5th floor requested non-smoking but I got a smoking one. The sofa had holes in it, the sheets and blankets were a bit dirty as if they had been washed carelessly, the water heater didn't work very well. It could be turned on but the water wasn't very hot even though it had been turned on to the max. I only stayed here once for almost 400k per night. A 3-star hotel that is not recommended

Strategic place..good..unique and industrial place..stayed one night very comfortable like someone's home
