I stayed here because it was a chain hotel, it should have been STANDARDIZED, IT TURNED OUT far from expectations.
Atmosphere/Facilities:
1. I booked 2 nights, the first night my wife and child were the only ones staying because I happened to still have activities out of town.
2. And the incident that really TRAUMATIZED my wife and child including VERY disturbing was at 03 in the morning someone knocked on the door and tried to get in while screaming. Of course my wife panicked, and contacted me, coincidentally I woke up and could be contacted, because the ROOM PHONE was also BROKEN.
I finally called the hotel Customer Service to ask for help, and the information was that the person who knocked on the door was in the wrong room, even though it was 03 in the morning.
3. Room cleanliness is also very lacking, lots of hair fell under and was not cleaned, including dust
4. soap and shampoo facilities are also empty, towels and sheets look dull
does not reflect a 3-star hotel.
Food: -
Staff Assistance: standard only, and less than a set.
Highlights: SECURITY, COMFORT, CLEANLINESS AND FACILITIES ARE VERY MINIMAL
if I were to just stay here once.
The hotel must improve Cleanliness, security, and friendliness of the staff.
