Thank God, I was satisfied staying here, and I was lucky to be upgraded to a more spacious executive room.

The hotel is strategically located, close to everything. It's comfortable. The staff is friendly. The service is satisfactory.

The hotel's location is very strategic. For those traveling with a private driver, there are many guesthouses nearby, making it easy to arrange accommodation for a driver. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The food is lacking in variety, especially for those who prefer non-traditional dishes. The taste is also quite standard, and management needs to improve. The hotel's facilities are good and child- and family-friendly.

Next time I go to Pekalongan, I want to stay at Santika. It's comfortable and the service is friendly.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the service is fast, the food at breakfast is very varied and all delicious, the rooms are also comfortable, the AC is also cold.

We arrived at the hotel at 22.30, there was no security guard, the front lobby and lobby lighting were very dim, unlike a 3-star hotel, as soon as we entered the lobby there was only 1 person and even then we were not greeted, we had to be approached for the check-in process, the security guard in the lobby appeared after about 5-10 minutes, then we checked in with the help of the previous security guard, there was no AC in the elevator, it was stuffy, the room hallway also had no AC, it was stuffy, the carpet was dirty and not maintained. It turned out that the cleanliness in the room was very lacking, the chairs were dirty, the indoor AC was leaking, there was dirt in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. Because it was already late at night and we were tired from the trip, we wanted to rest and sleep as soon as possible, we did not move rooms, so we decided that was it.

Hotel in the city center, near the KAI station, near the gas station, easy access to anywhere.

Stayed at Santika for the umpteenth time. This time tried the Oxtail Soup, it was delicious! 10/10. Room was okay, service was okay, food was also okay.

Very good! Recommended to Santika if there is an event/vacation/business trip to Pekalongan. Just cross from Pekalongan Station, to the city center is also close. The room is clean, spacious, the service is very good (we got a free upgrade to the Executive room). The breakfast menu choices are varied and overall delicious. 10/10
