It is truly enjoyable and comfortable to spend a holiday with family, bringing children and grandchildren to a location with a clean beach atmosphere and white sand. There are many attractions and games for children and restaurants with a menu that offers quite a lot of choices, especially seafood, comfortable being on the edge of the beach, so you want to stay there for a long time and want to come back again in the future.

The first impression upon arrival, starting from entering the area, the service from the receptionist during registration in the lobby, until leaving the tourist area, everything went well and was pleasant.

Overall, the experience of staying here was very good. The resort atmosphere is classic, calm and comfortable, but it does need a little maintenance, such as the washbasin faucet, toilet door, and cupboard door. The food is quite varied and tastes good. The beach area is quite clean, but it seems like it needs regular cleaning 1-2 times a day because sea water sometimes brings trash to the beach. The receptionist provides fish food for 10 thousand rupiah, which is quite a lot, but it would be better if there were more fish and added koi to make the pond more beautiful.

I arrived at Grand Elty at 12 noon and immediately reported to the receptionist that I was at the location and waiting by the beach....but unfortunately I only got the room at 3:30 PM because I came to the reception desk.....even though it had been ordered to contact me if the room was ready at 2:00 PM. The TV in the room was like watching an 80s TV, there were lots of ants like the attached photo....

Our first experience in Lampung was enjoyable, bringing our young family on vacation to the Grand Elty Krakatoa Lampung. If we go to Kalianda Lampung again, this hotel will likely be our first choice. Easy access to the toll road. Plenty of activity options, and most importantly, the kids were happy. The beach was clean, and the kids really enjoyed the beach activities. The breakfast menu was quite varied and tasted okay. The room was quite clean and comfortable, but the sink and drain weren't working properly, and the water pooled when showering. The bedsheets need to be checked again; they were slightly torn.

The view is top-notch, but the facilities are poorly maintained, so it's kind of like that. The beds are so scary they collapse and make a noise. Try renovating the rooms and the pool area more.

I stayed at the Raja Basah Villa. The room wasn't very clean, there were flies and mites. I paid 980,000 rupiah per night. The food was delicious. The view was beautiful. The beach was quite clean, but there were a lot of rocks along the shore, which hurt my feet when I stepped on them. The white sand was great. That's all my review, I hope it helps. 😁

The resort is cool, the staff is friendly, two nights here really felt like home, 1 night in a hotel with a direct sea view, 1 night in a villa with a really serene vibe... all the staff are kind and friendly.

The check-in process should be faster and prioritize those who queue first. I was a bit emotional actually but luckily Mr. Ahmad Saharoni still served me well and patiently. Good job, sir! The cleanliness of the room is very lacking, especially under the bed. The wifi doesn't reach Villa Rajabasa 414 so the smart TV is useless at all. Called a technician after waiting a long time and finally came to check it, then he left and didn't come back. Strange, right? But that's the reality. In the end, the smart TV became a stupid TV. Ordered dinner and waited until I was hungry because it was delivered for 1 hour and it tasted Bland. The next day, breakfast was even worse because the variety and taste were all over the place. Here, it was helped by a pool party for the kids so they were happy. Overall, it's just B to stay here at a fairly expensive price.

The service is good, the place is fun, it's nice and really good, even though it's a bit old maintenance, but it's okay. The suggestion is to take better care of it so it doesn't look old-fashioned, but overall it's really good, everything makes you happy and pleased. Very cool, comfortable, the VILLA is also clean, okay, first time here and my family is all happy. The best but there are still many things that need to be maintained and looked after so that it is not too old and the beach can be cleaned more. But overall it is very good.
