This was my first time staying at Mambruk. I booked two rooms, and all were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I arrived yesterday, August 18th, so it wasn't crowded and I could explore every corner of the hotel. If you stay here, you don't need to go to the beaches around Anyer anymore; here is enough because there is beach access for those staying here. 🌸

This is my second stay at this hotel. I like it because it has a private beach, so I don't have to go to another beach, and it's not too crowded. I found the breakfast menu a bit lacking in variety, and the room also had some dusty spots.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and was very satisfied because it was kid-friendly. The hotel has great photo spots and a private beach, so even if you're only staying in the hotel, your kids won't get bored. And the price is still very affordable considering the service, facilities, and beautiful views. Thank you Mambruk Hotel 💖

We could easily get to this hotel using public transportation. There's also a private beach. The food was delicious, especially the main courses. The pastry flavors still need to be evaluated, though.

Okay, but there's one thing I don't like about the pool attendant. Maybe it's because it's a weekday, so there aren't many people. When the kids are swimming, they're constantly supervised, so we have less freedom.

My first experience staying at the Mambruk Hotel with my family. The hotel service was top-notch, from check-in to check-out, and everything was spot on. The staff were all friendly. Unfortunately, due to renovations being carried out in several areas during my visit, I couldn't use the gym due to the impact. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory.

The AC leaked, getting my suitcase wet. But it was quickly addressed. The room was close to the beach. My child was stung by a bee, so a medical team and medication were on hand, in case something similar happened to other guests.

It was a very comfortable stay here, everything was fine. The only thing that matters is the cleanliness. The room was actually clean, tidy, and smelled good. The AC was also cool, but when you first entered, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept; there were lots of hairs, not just one or two. Also, the trash in the bathroom wasn't taken out from the previous guest. Even a small amount should have been thrown away. That's all there is to pay attention to. Breakfast was very good.
