Check-in was full of drama. The room photos posted on the app didn't match, and there were even cockroaches, so I was moved to another room that I thought was like a makeshift room. The next night I was given another room that was slightly better, but from my experience in both the first and second rooms, the bathrooms looked old with wooden doors that were quite difficult to open and close tightly, jet flushes that couldn't be directed, and a bathtub that was subpar, leaving the bathroom floor constantly wet and muddy. And from my experience, the amenities, bathroom, breakfast with its limited menu options, the noise in the room in the middle of the night, the smell of damp mold on the towels and corridors, and the service were far from the 4-star I'm used to.
