The smell of cigarette smoke and the sheets and blankets were not clean, they still smelled as if they had not been changed by another guest.

Check-in was full of drama. The room photos posted on the app didn't match, and there were even cockroaches, so I was moved to another room that I thought was like a makeshift room. The next night I was given another room that was slightly better, but from my experience in both the first and second rooms, the bathrooms looked old with wooden doors that were quite difficult to open and close tightly, jet flushes that couldn't be directed, and a bathtub that was subpar, leaving the bathroom floor constantly wet and muddy. And from my experience, the amenities, bathroom, breakfast with its limited menu options, the noise in the room in the middle of the night, the smell of damp mold on the towels and corridors, and the service were far from the 4-star I'm used to.

Strategic location close to the center of the crowd, near cafes and food stalls, access to the hotel is also easy for city bus users because the hotel's position is near the bus stop, good service can immediately check in before 2 o'clock if there is a vacant room, the room is clean and unfortunately for the superior type which is smoking there is no window, for the food did not try, recommended hotel 👍

Friendly staff, large beds that can fit four people, clean and comfortable. Please continue to improve the service and cleanliness.
