Overall satisfied, comfortable for staying with family.

(+) The room was spacious, there was a housekeeper who cleaned it every day, it was centrally located, and prayer mats and a Quran were provided. (-) The check-in time was 2:00 PM, but when I arrived at 2:25 PM, the room wasn't available yet, and I had to wait. There were no amenities like slippers, tea/coffee, or tissues that are usually available in other hotels. I stayed here for 3 nights and was quite disappointed for a so-called 2-star hotel, with a relatively expensive price. I think one stay is enough.

Overall, the stay was quite good. The location is very strategic with affordable prices, access to places to buy food, coffee, snacks, etc. is relatively close. The atmosphere of the hotel and the room is also quite good, but there are several things that need to be improved in the future, for example, there are customers smoking in the food court which is close to the main path to the lobby which is very annoying, the floor in the room is slippery when it comes into contact with water, could be added a heater in the bathroom or a heater on the table, the TV does not turn on even though it has been tried with the remote.

I didn't expect it to be this homey staying at The Margangsa Hotel. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is clean every day. Besides being made, the bed is also wiped dry and clean. Although there is no elevator, the stairs are gentle and short, so it is still safe and comfortable for the elderly. The location is the best. A short walk, you can enjoy the famous goat satay and tengkleng Pak Manto, near Bakso Titoti, there is a comfortable Black Bird coffee shop for working or me time, there is also MR. DIY if you are in a pinch need something. Oh yes, it is also important that there is a grocery store near the hotel, if you have a craving for Pop Mie. If you come on CFD day, a 5-minute walk will take you to the CFD center.

I stayed for 2 nights with my family, and it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is strategically located in the city center and has easy access to favorite culinary spots. Friendly reception staff, and a free room upgrade. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel had a cool atmosphere. Ample parking. Close to culinary spots, including a museum in front of the hotel, meatball soup, satay klatak, and palm bread. Highly recommended for a staycation at The Margangsa Hotel.
