For whatever reason, this hotel is highly recommended, with a cheap price but the facilities provided are really good, not careless, even exceeding expectations. Luckily yesterday before going to Kaldera with friends, we made a deal with Cordela Hotel to stay while waiting for the right time, eh, we actually got the right temporary hotel too, wow.

The hotel staff is friendly and pleasant

The location is in the city center, but the parking is inadequate, so every time you want to park your car at the hotel you have to leave the key. The bad thing is that my car was used by the security guard in the middle of the night to shop, paying using my e-toll again. Scary. It was discovered after I wanted to pay the toll, the balance was insufficient. It is incredibly dangerous, using goods without permission. My bad and incredibly bad experience. I don't dare to stay in a hotel like this again. Imagine if our car was used for other transactions. Who would be affected? The funny thing is that the hotel management only apologized.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the food needs to be improved, nothing is edible, the noodles are dry, the side dishes have no taste.

the room key card doesn't work.. they said they'll upgrade it but it still doesn't work. So every time I go in and out of the room, the staff always opens the door. And I have to wait for 10 minutes before I can enter the room. I haven't been able to open the door since I checked in. They said they'll upgrade the key. But I still can't open the door myself until morning.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, the room is very dusty and the floor is very dirty. When not wearing sandals, the feet are immediately black and the floor is rough because of the sand.

Close to Alfamart and city center, close to station and mall

It was nice and convenient, even though there's still need an improvements to some extent

Good. The place is clean. There is hot water too so it's not cold to take a morning shower.

It's delicious and the room is very nice.. I don't regret staying here
