not recomend for business trip

hotel with price 800rb is not recommended, the room is not as shown in the picture, the room smells, the refrigerator smells, there is a TV but no broadcast, worse breakfast in the restaurant is not refilled for guests who just want to have breakfast..even though we went down for breakfast at 8, but the food was all gone, the AC is not working properly. please pay more attention to the service and facilities, especially with the price like that, it is not recommended

It's terrible, the room is stuffy, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, the food is just basic, it's terrible, the price is expensive but it's not worth it

Kamar termurahnya kecil. Cukup 1 orang doang sih. Walaupun diperbolehkan untuk berdua. Tapi harus mikir-mikir karena pas pasan ruangannya. Sarapan ya sesuai hotel kelasnya bintang 1.

Kamarnya terlalu sempit untuk ukuran deluxe. Buat shalat aja seperti terjepit rasanya. Air mineral yang disediakan cuman 1 botol mini (selama ini dimana-mana hotel gak berbintang pun nyediain 2 botol air mineral dalam kamar). Hari kedua nginap karena gak sempat minta dibersihkan, begitu minta air mineral malah diminta bayar. Langsung protes karena menurutku itu adalah fasilitas hotel. Ohya menu sarapan juga gak ada roti dan sejenisnya padahal ini hotel bintang 2 lho. Pertama check in masuk kamar di kamar mandi nya gak terlalu bersih masih ada sisa tisu yang berserakan di lantai 😏. Yah semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanannya.

Staff nya friendly tapi kondisi hotel dan service-nya below expectation. Lokasinya cukup strategis dan dekat kemana-mana tapi kamarnya cukup kecil (plus ada beberapa issue) jadi overall experiencenya kurang oke. Kamar mandi airnya tidak panas (alasannya mereka pakai solar water heater tapi tidak jalan-jalan dari awal saya menginap sampai akhir - 3 malam) dan klosetnya on-off terus (kadang tidak bisa diflush jadi beberapa kali harus panggil teknisi). Kamarnya bau lembab, bantal dan kasurnya pun bau apek jadi harus disemprot pewangi supaya tidak terlalu kentara baunya. Saya baru ditelfon & ditawarin breakfast di hari terakhir, entah kenapa hari-hari sebelumnya saya tidak di ditelfon untuk ditawarin breakfast.

The place is comfortable, breakfast is satisfiying. Near witb beach and mall. Hope will go there again.

The rooms are cramped despite being suite type and having a 3rd floor without elevator upgrading to executif rooms can be on the ground floor and close to the breakfast room.

No stay because there is a family who picks up to stay at his house, unfortunately there is no refund.
