When i checked in to the room, i can immediately tell that the carpet was not cleaned regularly. It was rough to the touch and dusty. The pool wasn't very clean either, the water is all cloudy and there was no clean towel. The room service also needs improvement. I asked for a change of clean towel twice before they finally deliver it. But the one thing that needs major improvement is the carpet: it was dirty inside and outside of the room, sometimes i can even see the dust floating in the air... The maintenance fee might be costly but it is essential for the guest's health (i was coughing all the time). I hope the management pay a serious attention to this.

Turned out the non smoking room wasnt available by the time I arrived at the hotel, around 4pm. I took the smoking room as I cannot wait longer, too tired. That's what I regretted tho, so I highly recommend you to wait bcs the smoking was so suffocating

This experience was that the room was not good, the toilet water was not hot enough, the bed sheets had stains, the TV was not a smart TV, the refrigerator was not cold, the room sizes were different.

Bismillah. ..besides being close to where the room is, the atmosphere is romantic. The food is okay, but my favorite is only that bread

hi amaroossa Grande... I've stayed here many times since 2015, maybe... the target hotel for children's vacation in Bekasi, but yesterday I was sad because the pool was a bit dirty... then the flow around the pool was dirty, the breakfast that was made for the smoking area was a bit smelly, the lontong breakfast was very sweet, maybe that's the recipe, I don't understand, the elevator was shaking... even though I always really like choosing amaroossa Grande... hopefully it will be better in the future.... for the comfort of the room... wow, no need to doubt it, it's really comfortable... there are many breakfast menus, the staff and even the security are always friendly...

The fitness center is not maintained, there is no water, the AC is broken so it is uncomfortable.

The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and fragrant.

When I arrived, the room was immediately ready, thank you Amaroossa team and Mbak Dewi for the fast check in, very fast service.

for the good news, but the mattress part smells and the wall above the mattress which is made of foam smells, I have asked for a freshener but it still smells. the swimming pool is good. the parking lot is okay, it's just a shame there's no lift so you have to go up first, don't differentiate between them, just a suggestion for motorbike parking to be equipped with a lift because the hotel rental fee is the same whether you use a motorbike or a car, right? I've told the staff at the swimming pool 3 times about wanting a sauna, but after I wanted a sauna, I still haven't been bothered. the hot water isn't hot at all. for the food, it's pretty good

There was a leak from the shower pipes. The shower temperature was low. There was a leak from the toilet flushing shower.

First time spend the night here, after been curious for a long time. The hotel concepts are classic with touch of European style interior (not expert in this field, so maybe I am wrong), but the ambiance was kind the hotel I love: the dim light, the quite room, but unfortunately the TV wasn't the smart one, but still okay because I had a good sleep 😊 the food is okay with various menu.

My child and mother are very happy to use it, I think we'll try it again. Yesterday at the hotel next door, when the lights went out, the hotel lights went out. It was funny, according to the information from Amarosa, they have a generator, isn't that convenient?

Good service, clean rooms and other facilities are good, breakfast is delicious with lots of choices
