The staff is very friendly and cool. I was a bit skeptical about the reviews, but overall it's really good. The service is fast. Early check-in and check-out are also very fast. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly and nice. I stayed in the superior single room. Next time I have an event in West Jakarta, I will definitely stay here again.

The receptionist at check-out on Thursday morning was completely unfriendly, and even checking out had to wait a very long time. The bathroom's drainage was poor; the water didn't drain immediately, instead it pooled.

Fully comfortable.. but it would be better if the twin bed room was bigger. The AC needs to be serviced. Apart from that, everything is good.. the location is great.
