Good for staying around Juanda.

103 The AC is not working properly 🥴🥴🥴it's really hot

specify the time to stay for how long, because if for example we want to extend/continue to stay again, we can't, the reason is the room is full, it's funny actually why there is a management like that, why ask for a cellphone number if there is no confirmation, it's as if we are being thrown out. Honestly, I'm very disappointed.

Special for motorcycle parking, roofed by sky. Maybe for friends of bikers who want to tour who love their motorbikes can request a roofed parking, if not there are many other hotel options.

The place is comfortable and check-in time can be faster.

Stay at Hotel Bela was good. Spacious rooms, scenic views and good service. Would recommend as a good business and leisure stay.

All facilities are very satisfying except 1. Breakfast is provided in the form of boxed rice and only 3 menu variants 2. The hotel allows smoking in the hotel area when in the lobby the smell of cigarette smoke is very pungent, in the room area there are also many people smoking in front of the room so opening the room door is immediately greeted by cigarette smoke

For a hotel that is close to Juanda Airport, it is really worth trying, and they also have a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, so guests don't need to worry about finding a vehicle.

The hotel staff is friendly, the environment is clean, comfortable and family friendly.

bed sheets need attention,... and the bedroom floor. hopefully it will always be clean in the future.

Near Juanda airport. Spacious room. AC works well. There is a free shuttle (but the information on the app says it is paid). Unfortunately, there was 1 room light that suddenly went out. The cleanliness of the sheets should also be more considered. Some of the receptionists were not very friendly. But if it's for an overnight transit, it's okay.

Enough if it's just for transit.

First and last I think, I thought the grand superior room would be awesome, but that's how it is, from the bathroom alone the floor is already black, then the hot shower water is not hot, stable for at most 10 minutes, the TV is also not great, the blanket is not thick enough, the AC is not cold because it is located on the side of the bathroom so it is blocked by the wall, the atmosphere is not beautiful, not homey, well hopefully there is progress in updating the interior of the room
