The location is excellent, close to restaurants and the Papaya Supermarket, and within walking distance. The staff is very responsive. My first complaint was that the table was about to collapse, but we were able to change rooms quickly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not very varied; some of the dishes were too salty. Hopefully, they can improve next time.

The room is somewhat dated, and the cabinet under the sink is rotten, but overall the stay was satisfactory. Breakfast spread quite limited, there is an Alfamart next door.

The bed was hard, the room wasn't very clean, the sheets weren't very clean, and it was quite expensive. I upgraded to a connecting room. The food wasn't very varied, and the food wasn't very good for a 4-star hotel. It was still better than the 3-star hotel I stayed at previously. The staff also didn't provide very good service. Hopefully, they can improve.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom.. please check the bathroom door again.. Because the door is sliding and there is no lock.. it causes the door to open again when closed.. and that is quite annoying when we are doing activities in the bathroom.. strategic location close to the Trans Dewata terminal.. quite pleasant

Greeted by the front desk in a friendly and helpful manner, the room was nice and clean, the facilities were standard hotel facilities.. maybe the only thing lacking was the taste of the food at breakfast.. hopefully it can be better.

I stayed with my family. The hotel was excellent value for money. It's close to halal restaurants. The swimming pool is great for kids. I'd stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Kuta, Bali.
