I've stayed here twice. The first time was only 5 nights and my schedule was full so I didn't really pay attention to the hotel, just knowing that it was clean and tidy. Then yesterday I stayed 6 nights and the sheets weren't changed at all, really? They were cleaned, but I was surprised that the sheets weren't changed, they were flooded! 6 nights of sleeping in a hotel, how come they weren't changed? This is my and my friends' favorite hotel. The atmosphere is nice, the OTW to Canggu is only 30 minutes. I swear this hotel is really nice, it's just the cleanliness. The staff is nice, but maybe the cleanliness issue is different maybe.. hehehe. BEST HOTEL SO FAR BUT PLEASE HEAR YOU'RE GUEST

The location is very strategic, the staffs are friendly, worth the price, love it!!

The hot water is hot and steady, the mattress is comfortable for your back. The room is quite spacious. The AC is cool. It's worth it for this price, with quite comfortable facilities, and a strategic location. Oh yes, there is also quite a lot of space for parking cars and motorbikes. A suggestion, the hotel towels need to be updated to give a cleaner impression with an even color. For those who are sensitive to visuals, it might be uncomfortable to use the towels. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly and informative. It's cleaned regularly every day. Towels are always changed. The atmosphere is peaceful. The bathroom exhaust isn't powerful enough, so water vapor condenses on the mirror. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock. Overall, it's okay.

a beautiful and pleasant place to stay. the swimming pool in front of the room makes a peaceful view. for those who have families and children, this is one of the best recommendations

Overall it's okay, the only downside is the gap for the toothbrush and some of the furniture is broken, but the room is nice and spacious too.

Staying here overall the staff is friendly, responsive if there are difficulties, very comfortable. Close to the supermarket area. Spacious rooms, comfortable kitchen. Overall the best Micasa. But for the cleanliness of the hotel floor, please improve it again. The rest is okay.

Always staying here whenever I travel to Bali.

I stayed for 2 days. Well, in the morning we went out so that the room would be cleaned so that we would be comfortable when we returned home. But the room was not cleaned at all. Very bad service.

Very nice atmosphere for rest

Returning guest and feel the quality of the room is downgraded. Room is tired, bathroom a bit dirty but it's OK compared to what I paid. No complain! Location is very good, close to everything. If you're looking for just one night transit, Micasa is the best option!
