The rooms and pool were okay, but the floor near the pool needs to be cleaned again because it was mossy and very slippery. The breakfast was disappointing; the fried rice was smelly, mushy, and had no flavor. Please improve the food, because it has no flavor at all, it's bland.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are also clean.

With affordable prices, holidays are even more enjoyable.

The staff is quick and have often stayed here because every Sunday there are gymnastics and games for children.

The staff are all friendly, and when you call them, the staff will come straight to your room. It's also soundproof, so there's no noise from motorbikes passing by.

The view was okay, nice, there were just a few issues with the AC not being cold enough, so I asked for a room change and they immediately accepted. When I was about to leave, the door suddenly wouldn't open, but it was immediately resolved, great.

When we first arrived, the linens were dirty, with stains everywhere. Opening the curtains, dust was everywhere. The room was full of mold, even the water heater was dusty. The door opening was covered with tissue paper, not checked by the previous guest. Staying with my kids because the pool was nice and clean, hopefully they can improve in the future.

Booked 3 rooms, all good and will be back soon if come to Bogor

Entering the room, it smelled of pee, the sheets were still a bit wrinkled as if they hadn't been changed, even though I had informed them when I booked that I wanted to review the hotel with good information, but instead I got an experience where the sheets smelled of pee, even though I asked for a change, it still didn't go away, maybe it was from the mattress.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, all the staff were friendly, when the room was cleaned on the second day, the sheets were not changed even though they were very dirty, none of the food was tasty, it was all salty, not recommended to return.

Water from the shower was pouring out of the shower door, leaving the toilet wet. Wi-Fi was intermittent, and Wi-Fi wasn't working properly.

The bathroom floor is slippery, the liquid soap is not refilled.
