The best hotel in Palembang. The security guards are friendly, especially the female ones, who are very helpful. The lobby staff are very friendly and full of smiles. The receptionist is also friendly, both female and male, and prompt. The lobby is luxurious, fragrant, beautiful, clean, and elegant. The bathroom is clean, and the air conditioning is very cold. The pool staff on the afternoon of July 5th were very friendly, full of smiles and helpful, and the pool was clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were also friendly. Close to PI Mall, just a short walk away. The most enjoyable experience staying at a hotel in Palembang.

Hotel with the best breakfast in Palembang.. all authentic Palembang culinary is here with delicious taste… The fitness center is also quite complete and clean… my kids did not miss the gym session during 4 nights at Arista Hotel.

The food menu lacks variety and seems monotonous. The taste is very standard even though it is a 5-star class hotel The room price is quite high.

The hot water shower takes a while...it's just hot.
