Order the grand deluxe, the room is spacious and quite clean, although there are some things that need to be upgraded regarding the cleanliness of the room and toilet. Overall it's really okay, close to the city center and strategic places. The atmosphere is comfortable, there is also a swimming pool for family vacations.

A great option to stay, the scenery and atmosphere make you feel like in a tourism spot already without even leaving. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food is available in many options. I wish to stay longer here next time.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful with the check-in process. We are comfortable here because cleanliness is taken care of. We got a room close to the swimming area, which was very enjoyable. This hotel is family-friendly, especially for those who still have children.

Comfortable room but minus AC not cold, wifi is stuttering, TV antenna is blurry. Try upgrading it next time with a more modern TV.
The swimming pool is cool but the children's pool has a lot of moss & is a bit dirty.
The garden is beautiful, clean, lots of mosquitoes DBD.
Staff, super helpful.
Very friendly and informative.
There are several hotel facilities that need to be upgraded to be more comfortable.
The room is spacious, and old-fashioned but comfortable.
